1. What this covers
“Cookies” here means anything GenZCRM stores in your browser: cookies themselves, and similar things like local storage. Both live on your device, not on our servers, and both can be cleared by you at any time.
This page covers the GenZCRM app (app.genzcrm.in and the dashboard) and our public website (genzcrm.in).
2. What we store and why

3. What we do not do
- We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, on the app or on the website.
- We do not sell or share browsing data with ad networks.
- We do not track you across other websites.
- We do not run third-party analytics inside the CRM dashboard. Usage information we look at (for example, errors) comes from our own servers, not from a script in your browser.
4. Third parties that may set cookies
Two services we rely on may set their own cookies when you use them:
- Cashfree Payments
- When you pay for a plan or add WhatsApp balance, the payment window is Cashfree’s. They set cookies for fraud prevention and to complete the transaction. See Cashfree’s privacy policy.
- Meta (WhatsApp)
- If you connect WhatsApp through Meta’s embedded sign-up, Meta’s pages inside that flow use Meta’s cookies. See Meta’s cookie policy.
We do not control these cookies and cannot read them.
5. How to control them
- Log out to remove the login token immediately.
- Clear site data for genzcrm.in in your browser settings to remove everything we stored. You will be logged out and your interface preferences reset.
- Block storage for our site in your browser if you prefer. The public website will still work; the CRM will not, because it cannot keep you signed in without it.
6. Legal basis
We are an Indian company and handle personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Everything listed above is needed to provide the service you signed up for, which is why we do not show a cookie consent banner for it. If we ever add anything optional, such as analytics, we will ask first.
7. Changes and contact
If we change what we store, we update this page and the date at the top, and email account owners if the change matters.
