1. Subscription Cancellations

We believe in keeping things flexible. You can cancel your Gen-Z CRM Engine subscription at any time directly from your Admin Dashboard under the "Billing" section.

  • End of Billing Cycle: When you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused time if you choose to cancel before your billing period ends.
  • Data Retention: Upon cancellation, your data will be held securely in a read-only state for 30 days before being permanently deleted from our servers.
