GenZCRM started inside Optima Webdesign, a digital marketing agency in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We were running lead-generation campaigns for real estate builders, coaching institutes and local service businesses — and watching the same thing happen every month: leads came in, landed in an Excel sheet or a WhatsApp group, and half of them were never followed up.

The clients had tried Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce. Setup took weeks, staff never learned it, and per-user dollar pricing made no sense for a six-person sales team in Surat or Indore. So in 2025 we built the CRM we wished our clients already had.

Team

Founded by Nikhil Kori in 2025. We are a team of five — developers, onboarding and support — in one office in Ahmedabad, so the person who built the feature is the same person who helps you set it up.

Your data stays yours

Each business gets its own isolated workspace. No other customer can see your leads, and we never sell or share your data.

Hosted and backed up

GenZCRM runs on HostCoin servers with regular backups. All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and credentials such as WhatsApp API keys are stored encrypted.

You control access

Role-based permissions mean each staff member sees only what you allow. Export your data any time; if you leave, we delete it within 30 days.
